2. Purpose
Bluewavefr offers a service to verify eligibility for public aid, tax credits and subsidies, together with full support in the preparation and follow-up of administrative files with the relevant French and European authorities.
3. Free diagnosis and client commitment
The initial diagnosis is free, with no commitment and confidential. The signature of an engagement letter is required before any actual handling of a file. The client undertakes to provide accurate and complete information.
4. Fees
Fees are calculated on a fixed-price basis or as a percentage of the aid actually obtained, communicated in writing before signature. No fee is due if the relevant aid is not obtained, except administrative costs explicitly accepted in advance.
5. Bluewavefr's obligations
Bluewavefr commits to a duty of advice, diligence and confidentiality. Our obligations are obligations of means: we deploy all our expertise to defend your file, but cannot guarantee the granting of an aid which is the sovereign decision of the administration.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal from the date of signature of the engagement letter, in writing to contact@bluewavefr.com.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the site (texts, illustrations, logos, methodologies) is the exclusive property of Bluewavefr SAS. Any reproduction, representation or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is strictly prohibited.
8. Liability
Bluewavefr cannot be held liable for the consequences of inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client, nor for the sovereign decisions of public administrations. Bluewavefr's overall liability is limited to the amount of fees actually received for the relevant assignment.
9. Mediation and jurisdiction
In the event of a dispute, the client may refer the matter free of charge to the relevant consumer mediator (www.mediation-conso-ame.com). Failing amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de commerce de Lyon, French law applicable.
